I'm sorry you are going through this. The good thing is you can identify a reason why it might be enlarged. Sorry I can't be much help. I know nodes swell up for all sorts of reasons that are not cancer. My mum has had enlarged pelvic lymph nodes since 2016 and some were biopsied and found to be benign. To this day they are still enlarged for no reason. She is monitored with scans but they have remained the same and drs are not concerned

Possible lung cancer with brain mets. I've never smoked a day in my life yet here we are. The neurological symptoms started around December and because I suffer with anxiety the breathing and brain issues were put down to that for a while. Now I'm really struggling and just waiting on some scans 

Oh no, I am sorry to hear this. Where are you the results and tests, what should happen next?

I'm seeing a lung dr and neurologist on Friday so should be getting scans soon after. The ironic thing is I had investigations of my stomach first because that was causing me so many problems for years and all the tests came back fine. I assumed my breathing issues were anxiety related but clearly not. I could cry

i have just been told I have a lump on the right side of my neck, it was found after hospital did a scan for something else and have been to an appointment only to be told I have a lump that needs investigating.

since then I can feel it, it is a sausage shaped enlongated lump running close to my throat on the right, it is running down past my collarbone to the back of it. 
is this similar to anyone on this forum?

it isn't painful but does ache sometimes

i am worried that it could be something sinister! I have had a blood test and have another ENT appointment at the hospital on the 20th March 

I hope everyone on here has good results and outcome to this, please can you all tell me if what I have is similar to what you have
