I had califications found on my mamogram 2 years ago all benign luckily but this time I'm not sure doctor just asked me what hospital I had my last mamo at which was a different hospital I assume he has seen some more or the same ones are the hospitals able to get a copy from the other hospital to compare the mamogram it's just he asked me several times but didn't say much else bit worried and wondering if they will just leave it or recall me again any advice would be great I was a bit overwhelmed at the clinic more worried about the lump so forgot to ask about the mamo and my worries

  • Hello Jojo186

It's really easy to feel overwhelmed at an appointment and to forget to ask questions. Maybe give the Consultant secretary a call next week and ask if they can clarify if there are any follow up actions needed after the appointment. I'm sure that you won't be the first person to have done so.
If you think it would help to speak to one of our nurses for some support then do give them a call on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    Best wishes,
