Has anyone else had this procedure done?
I had it done 5 days ago, throat area is still sensitive and I'm so nervous about getting the result.
I keep reassuring myself but then a minute later, I think "what if...?!"

Try not to think about "what if?" as this will only make you feel worse. Instead try to take your mind off it by focusing on other things. Here are some tips that I hope will help.
