Change in nipple

Hi guys,

I'm 35 and noticed my nipple was starting to invert. I did a check of my breasts but couldn't feel anything in particular (I have implants so is a bit harder).

I went to see my specialist yesterday and he examined me and sent me straight for biopsy and mammogram. He didn't go into any detail just said he was very surprised and worried given my age. I then got a call today saying to go for an MRI. Is this normal? I haven't had any results as yet but sounds like they are very worried if all of this has been arranged so quickly.

I'm prepared for the fact it's cancer but from anyone's experience does this sound like they have found something worrying if I'm having an MRI before any results?

Thanks in advance as you can imagine i have all sorts running through my mind!
