I've had a number of problems for a while and no answers. Today went back to the dr for maybe the 7th time in the last 2 months and my appointment lasted about 25 minutes.
I told her about the pain in my spine and the left side of my ribs - this has been persistent for around 4 months and the swollen lymph nodes in the left leg which I noticed around a month ago.
She looked quite concerned and at one point she mentioned that someone's they may think that swollen lymph nodes could indicate cancer then said 'is this something you had thought about?' ... I just sort of shrugged and said well I thought perhaps I had some kind of infection to which she responded that my last blood test was normal and if there was something going on they would expect to see it in a blood test.. but why she mentioned cancer?...most of the time doctors are always telling me there's nothing wrong with me and fob me off.
its got me worried now as I feel she would never have mentioned it unless she thought it was a real possibility.
