Indent and lump - looking for advice

I found a sizeable lump in my breast a week ago. Over the course of the last week there is now also an indent further down, so it looks like I have a long vertical line down my breast (if I stand with my arm up I can see it clearly in the mirror).

I have my appointment at the one stop breast clinic tomorrow. I had been keeping positive as I know a lump could be lots of things. But I'm now struggling to stay positive as I can't find anything good about an indent. Has anyone had an indent that turned out to be harmless?

    I had my appointment today, ultrasound was clear but she did a biopsy just to be 100% sure (but made it clear she wasn't worried and would tell me if I should worry).

     

    My indent is more of a long line which she said is different to the sort of dent they would worry about. She thought it might be Mondor Disease but the ultrasound ruled that out. So while she said it was very unusual, it also isn't anything serious (who knows what caused it basically).

     

    She also said an indentation doesnt always mean cancer so if anyone is looking for that reassurance in future and stumbles across this thread then hopefully this calms your nerves a bit.
