I had three weeks of rads post op. I found the whole thing tedious. There's nothing to be worried about. You will be asked to undress (top half), placed on the couch (this can take a couple of minutes in order to get you in the correct position and then the radiation itself takes a couple of minutes. You will be able to speak with the staff while receiving your radiation and listen to music. This will be the same routine everytime you go. Just make sure you moisturise the areas regularly as the skin can become dry and red. I used zerobase for my skin as it became very itchy. All the best x
