Breastfeeding mummy waiting for breast clinic referral

Hi I'm new to the forum and I am slowly losing my marbles.  I found a lump in my groin a week and a half ago just by a freak accident not intentionally checking.  Anyways seen the gp he confirmed a fixed hard node only one side.  I also said I'd felt lumps and bumps under one armpit and that it felt fuller.. he barely checked but said there wasnt anything.  Anyways the day after I went to see a different GP who confirmed I had another large fixed hard node in my armpit also the same side as groin and one back of the neck.

The gp urgent referred to breast clinic I have that appointment this Friday but I've also had a call to say my bloods are out and need them re doing in 4weeks.  I've also found another 2 large(ish) nodes in my right armpit and another on the right side of neck and groin.

I'm totally confused why the gp has asked for a retest of blood when she said its showing raised white blood cells so indicating an infection but as I have no pain other than pins and needle she wont give antibiotics.  I am breastfeeding but she is my 5th baby and is 15mths old.. 

 

Has anyone else had experience where they had bloods out but wasnt given antibiotics or are they monitoring for change because they suspect something?

    Aw hey! Not the same really but it's great news your bloods suggest infection! I'm a breastfeeding mama to almost 15 month old but my neck, armpit and collarbone and riddled with swollen lymph nodes my throat feels so swollen on the left the doctor examined today and didn't seem concerned but I am terrified it feels so wrong, I have an ultrasound wednesdays and terrified! It's my first baby I love feeding him I would be gutted to have to suddenly cut it off he would be so distressed x I would push for some antibiotics if I were you x

    Hey! I'm in a pretty similar situation to the above! I'm currently breastfeeding my LG who is 18m I have two lymph nodes above my collarbone and left armpit feels bumpy and lymph nodes seem swollen. Had my breast checked and said they were fine. Was referred for ultrasound and they rejected it said it didn't seem urgent?! 
    move got a mole on my back I'm going to get checked waiting again for an appointment and hoping so bad that it isn't to do with that and melanoma. I wasn't even sent for bloods they just said it's breastfeeding and that's it! I'm almost week 3 since finding the swollen nodes and they have not gone away. I've called to request bloods which are next week so again back to waiting. My anxiety is through the roof! I just want to cry. It doesn't help we can't do anything to keep busy being stuck at home and I can't help but think I don't see my little girl grow up! I don't know how long the lymph nodes have been the way they have but all I read it how bad it is the have Swollen nodes above collar bone on the left! I'm 29years old x
