My CA125 came back at 46. I have been referred to a gyno as my symptoms mimic those in ovarian cancer. I have had symptoms for 5 years now but was told it was IBS (constant wind, bloat, bowel changes, appetite reduced unable to eat most food).
What level of CA 125 is normally present in cancer cases?
