Convinced I have Leukemia

Sorry to post in a forum like this without a confirmed diagnosis but I have really been struggling with health anxiety surrounding the possibility of me having Leukemia. I am only 19 years old but have several of the associated symptoms.

I have had a persistent sore throat for well over two weeks now that I can't seem to shake, I've also noticed what feels like some bone soreness in my ribcage and arms. Most alarming though I noticed around 4 5p coin sized bruises on my thigh without explanation. I've also been feeling quite fatigued and drained but not debilitatingly so.

It does not help though that I get seriously worked up over these symptoms. I have been frequently breaking down in tears to my parents telling them I'm convinced I have Leukemia. I have been to the GP and am going in on Monday (approximately a week after my blood test results where recieved) to find out if anythibg was found. I'm finding the wait agonising though. I have lost all interest and energy in anything else and can only think about the potential of Leukemia. I just need some reassurance and advice to see me through. Thanks in advance
