Worried about misdiagnosed

I found a small lump in my right breast just before xmas 2019,i didnt go to gp until Feb after starting to get back and chest pain, plus breathlessness, also lump was growing. Gp felt a lump about 3cm big. Went to breast clinic, wasn't sure if he could feel the lump there but was sent for ultrasound, they said it was normal fatty tissue then discharged me! I'm worried as the lump is still there I have pain around the breast (but not the lump) i'm constantly exhausted but sleeping all the time, my lower back is like an aching feeling, my breast is bigger(looks swollen) and feels much different to the other breast. I'm worried that the ultrasound has missed the lump. What should I do? Do I go back to gp? Or wait to see if symptoms ease?

I'm sorry to hear that you're still concerned about the lump in your breast and that you have some other health concerns at the moment.

I'm afraid that no one here will be able to diagnose what is happening for you at the moment but it would seem sensible to make an appointment to go back to your GP to discuss your worries.

    Best wishes,
