Lump on the underside of my breast

Hello, I found a lump in the under side of my left breast it's not hard but but not moveable either. I am waiting a phone call for an appointment but I am very scared. I have also had pains in my back I am feeling it's all connected and fearing the worsted. Any advice please.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've recently found a lump. I was unsure from your post if you've seen your GP or if that was the phonecall that you were waiting for. If you've already seen your GP and been referred to breast clinic then try not to worry too much, it's normal for anyone with a breast lump to be referred to a specialist. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long. 

    If you'd like to speak to one of our nurses about your concerns then you're welcome to give them a call. They are available on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    Thank you, it was my GP that found the lump it's quite deep under the breast I went to my GP with a sore left nipple. I have an appointment with the breast team in 9 days. In a constant state of worry, and spreading hours googling. The next 9 day will be very hard thinking  the worst.
