Had a ultrasound scan internal and external 3rd feb

They found a polyp and 2 cyst growing in each other had a ca125 test results normal

My symptoms are brown discharge pelvic pain abdominal pain slight bloating bleeding between periods I'm currently bleeding again a week after finishing bleeding pain during sex brown discharge after sex and back ache

I'm 33 with 2 children

Spoke with the doctor yesterday she told me the gynecologist and ultrasound people etc are having a meeting about me and I'll get an appointment soon

What's the meeting about what will they be discussing do they know what it is 

 

Anyone with similar or been through this and came out with it all being normal or got the ovarian cancer diagnosis would be grateful of your replies and advice

    I have cysts on both ovaries doc thinks are benign but now unsure as every time she scans me 'something has changed' but won't say what. 
    booked me in for a Hysterectomy I'm having on 23rd April which makes you think does she now think cancer? Guess they would never say this to stop patients feeling scared but don't know which is worse. Not knowing is hard. 
    CA 125 levels were 90 but said this isn't too high.

    last few months not really getting any symptoms periods fine-but prior to that spotting and pain one month some time ago. Now not had a period since new year and having the pmt ache too. Now getting symptoms I'm worried  

    I'm 50 so could be in the change too ..

    Hiya!
    So my cyst went all on its own. i actually felt it go with a horrible sharp pain about 6 weeks later. I had a day of pinky discharge and scan a few weeks later confirmed it was gone.

    However, with the bleeding... I found not long after i wrote this that I had a yeast infection which was really high up by my cervix so i didnt actually have any symptoms. Before each bleed i had noticed that the discharge had become very thick but then i'd have another breakthrough bleed. I took the oral capsule and doctors recommended i then took 2 mini pills a day (i take one at 10am and one at 10pm). I didnt have another breakthrough bleed for 3 months!

    March 2021 i had an increase in volume in my discharge again and got super anxious and had another breakthrough bleed so went to doctors and they confirmed thrush and said i probably didnt clear it fully the first time and I did a pessary.

    Went to a gyno in July and they said thrush would not cause the bleeding and they thought that the dose of the pill I was on was 'quite high' and actually made me feel very stupid. I know that dose of the mini pill is found in other combination pills and ive heard lots of other women are double dosing now.

    Ive also got a couple of cysts on my cervix but again, apparently this is normal.

    Ive had one more breakthrough bleed since and again it was the same situation that i thought i had gotten thrush.. this time i was a bit itchy so I got really anxious about it and did another pessary but then got a bleed. It went on for about 12 days and slightly heavier than normal with clots. I did another pessary as the itching hadnt stopped (I think it was the horrible scented pads). That was a month ago.

    So i wouldnt say Im 100% as im still taking double pill a year later and worry about yeast infections but i found the more anxious i am I bleed.. Doctors just keep trying to push the coil on me but as that means an increase in infection Im going to say a big fat no to that.

    The breakthrough bleeds are less frequent (every 2-3 months) but seem to last 10-14 days. No more pains though with them and no signs of any cysts :)
