Oh goodness....I know that horrible feeling of seeing the callback letter.

Try to remember that of 100 mammograms about 4  will be called back and just one will have a cancer diagnosis.  This time last year I was the one who was diagnosed. with Grade 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma spread to two lymph nodes  I was a mess but this site helped me so much.   I was shocked and couldn't see anything but gloom.  But today I have recovered from surgery and radiotherapy.  Take a daily hormone table and thank my lucky stars I was called back because it as caught early.

Also, just to say, cancer became a positive for me.  I realised I was working too much and now have cut my hours.  I eat a much healthier diet and exercise on a regular basis.  

Of course,  like most ladies here, I worry about it coming back.  But, after the excellent NHS care I have had, I know we will just deal with it.

Not knowing is the worst feeling.  Once you have a plan it will be much easier for you.

I will definitely be thinking of you on Wednesday.   I was there one year ago February, 21st. 

I know how you must be feeling and I feel for you.  You have so many friends here, that you probably will never meet, but they are friends of the truest kind who will guide and lift you up every step of the way.  They'll all come along when you need them.

calcification showed up on left breast so had to have biopsy etc. results next Tuesday so will know more x

Calcifications......well things do seem to go on in your breast so try to stay positive and be glad they see changes early and can monitor.

The waiting is the worst part and the mind goes into overdrive.  

I was thinking of you yesterday and always here if you need a friendly chat.
