I've found a lump under my skin on the bottom on finger does not hurt when I touch it just tender around area I am in a lot of pain with my fingers both hands at moment had xray thursday 13th feb would this be picked up on my xray the lump I noticed it when I got home unsure weather to see gp about it or wait for xray results
