I've had abdominal pain now for 15 months.

ive lost 5 stone in weight since it started, numerous tests and blood tests but two months ago I was put under the care of a different consultant and he's been absolutely fantastic with me. 
 

In March 2019, I had an MRCP (MRI) scan and i was treated very badly. To such an extent that I've had to make an official complaint as it took THREE MONTHS for them to tell me anything. 

Anyway,

I had a CT scan done on 31/01/20, and another MRI scan a couple of days ago, on 05/02/20.

i got a phone call this afternoon (Saturday) from the consultant's secretary, who has asked me to come in on the 12th Feb, to discuss my CT & MRI results. 
 

Is this good news, to have an appointment so quickly? It took 3 months last time for them to contact me (the results were "normal") and It's taken 3 days this time. Does this mean my results aren't good? Or is it just a case of the consultant being receptive of the pain and disappointment I've felt for over a year?
