Hi everyone,

i have noticed swollen lymph nodes one in the right side and one in the left side one of them is slightly bigger than the other they have been there over a year and since they were painless i have ignored then untilli got tonsillitis it was really bad and my tonsils were large with yellow patches , went to see my gp and i mentioned the lymph node that is swollen , she touched it and then asked me if its painfull , and then said that i'll refer you for a scan , so waiting now ( prescribed me penicillin and i'm feeling better now ) ,  i would be thankful if anybody had an experience with swollen lymph nodes or any lumps in the neck and what was the diagnosis ? thank you
