I've been to the docs about a lump under my armpit, had it now for 3wks that I know of.  The doctor said when I went last week "that it's not a gland", so sent me for blood test, she said "if they come back negative, to come next thursday' (today) they will investigate further.  So the test came back normal, so I made an appointment for today, the doc I saw wasn't there, so had to see the nurse.  When I got there she said " it says on here (computer), it's not a cyst, it's not a gland, so I not sure what she wants us to do", she had a look, said what had already been said, in the end she said " that doc will be here next wk (Wednesday), if nothing changed, make another emergency appointment", so I said, "it's already been 3 wks",  which she,replied, "just see how u go", so I then said, "do u think it's cancerous then",  which she replied "not sure wouldn't like to say",  is this how it should be or should I of demanding to see a doc, instead of waiting another week?
