I’m really worried , I’ve had s ct scan and they have spotted something in my chest cavity and are sending me for a pet scan , I’m terrified because surely they have seen cancer and now just want to see how severe it is
I really feel for you. You must be going through hell. I don't have any advice. I'm no expert at all but wouldn't they have to biopsy what they have found for a definitive diagnosis before doing anything like a pet scan? Did they give you no idea why they are doing it?
