This is a bit embarrassing and weird!

I had the leitz 8 days ago, and apart from period pain last week and watery discharge, I've been OK. However the bleeding has increased today, and every time I go for a wee, I've had a sharp stabbing pain in my 'bits'. It doesn't burn when I go, but I'm worried something is wrong when I have the pain. Done lots of googling, lots about infection, but I'm not burning so not sure. Anyone have any idea??
