Hi, first time posting here

My partner noticed a lump on my right breast around 2 months ago and I thought nothing of it... intact I tried to ignore it because I'm terrified.

Over the past 3 weeks I've noticed discharge from the right nipple and my right breast is really sore.

I cant get an appointment with my gp have been trying since 30th of January, I phone every day but all appointments are gone because I cant get through at 8.30am.

Has anyone any advice or any idea who else I can see about this? 

I will be phoning my gp on my day off on Wednesday but the stress and pain its causing is really worrying me and obviously I'm thinking worst case scenarios here and I have 2 young children.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
