I'm 17 and I have the occasional and quite bad break out of acne, but I started noticing some weird lumps just behind my ear and on the ear lobe, very hard and painful to touch but they come and go. 

I've checked for any other lumps and on my neck/throat above my adams apple i have a pea sized hard lump moving around that doesn't seem to be attached to anything. 

I also feel another pea sized lump on one of my tonsils and looking in my mouth they're streaked with white like tonsillitis but I dont have any other tonsillitis symptoms.

I don't know what to do, I'd really appreciate help.
