I have had tummy pains and feel full fast on eating, had a camera down my throat and a ultrasound, the ultrasound shows I have enlarged spleen and I feel pain under ribs on left side and my shoulder aches on same side? 
waiting on doctors appointment on Tuesday! 
to find out what's wrong? 
please can anyone help me in what this is?
