From what I have heard they are pretty good. However, it's private. Not everyone can afford it. Fortunately for me I have a works renowned cancer researcher as my oncologist. So I am quite happy to stay and trust him. Although I can not say I have not used private Medicaid in the past. I believe you have to do what's best for yourselves. One word of warning. My best friends of 43 years was diagnosed with a brain tumours back in 2013. It was apparently the worst type and the most rare of the brain cancers. I know this to be true because of my own lives no cancer. You can only have so many sessions of chemotherapy. Then you have to take 6/12 months out for the body to recover. Also depending on the particular drugs each individual are having some are a lot harsher than others. Jackie. My friends sister had completed the maximum she was allowed then it had to stop to allow her some recover time. If I knew than what I know now. I would never have ever stepped into a chemotherapy unit. It not only kills bad it also kills good. This is why you need that time to recover. However despite Jackie needing that time out. She contacted a private clinic who where quite happy to continue her treatment at £5,000 a time. Not one bit of thought went into how weak, or how she needed the recovery time. It was purely money money money. By going on having it without a break caused her to have fits. Various other sever problems. I do know it wasn't the company in Cambridge. Having continued havd the extra chemotherapy done privately did her far more harm than good. Marj58
