Hi, I had my letter about borderline changes and need for a colposcopy. I booked that in and went along. The staff were excellent however they took a biopsy and never removed any cells just said it confirmed there were changes.

I'm now freaking out that they've not removed the cells because its already cancer and that's why they took the biopsy without removing the abnormal cells? 

Is this normal?
