Around six months ago I found a small pea sized lump in my neck it would move around easily and caused me no discomfort or pain - then around 4 months ago I noticed that another lump had developed and they had joined together so I went to the doctors and he said it'll just be my lymph nodes and won't be anything to worry about. However, now I have servere pain in my neck there harder and bigger and extremely sore to touch. I am worried it could be something more but I do not have any other symptoms like fatigue weight loss etc.
