I'm sorry to hear that you've recently needed some investigations and treatment. We know that waiting for results can be a difficult time and it's natural to worry about what those may be. 

Don't read anything into how long it takes for results to come back to you. Although 2 weeks seems like a very long time to you, it is quite normal for results to take a few weeks to be returned. 

I do hope that you don't have to wait too much longer and that you have good news.
