Pains in stomach

Hi I wonder  if anyone can help I havent been well for months I've been having pain in my left side and bottom of stomach I've been I havent had a period for8years I've been having brownish discharge when I wipe myself I went the doctors on wednesday and she tried to give me an internal but I had to tell her stop cause it was to painful she sent me for a bloodtest thursday then on friday I had a phone call from the hospital telling me I've got go for a ultrasound scan on wednesday then I've got an appointment the week after to see the gynoe should I be worried

    I just wanted to welcome you to our forum. I can imagine it must be a very stressful time for you while waiting for the ultrasound scan and these important results. 

    I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. 

    I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you. 

    Keeping everything crossed for you that everything turns out fine.
