Hi Karen -11 I can totally understand how you are feeling. I was nervous and anxious before going to the breast clinic in November last year. I found writing down my feelings helped in a journal. Keeping busy with things I love to do. I liked doing art and watching funny movies helped. I know it's at the back of your mind and I did have a few nights were I didn't sleep as well as normal. Sharing you feelings with family and friends helps as well. The waiting is the worse bit. Thinking of you Lesley
