hi I'm 32 and noticed a very small lump in my right breast 2 weeks ago

, I also have breast implants so was unsure if this was anything to do with them but could defo tell it was different I managed to get an appointment with my doctor the next day. he said that it could be the edge of my implant but he sent me for an urgent referral to the breast clinic. I got my apointmentt for 7 days later which was monday 13th ( 2 days ago) I went to my apointment and the consultant examined me and said that he could feel something so sent me downstairs to have an ultrasound whilst downstairs they decided it looked suspicious enough to do a 4 biopsies, my apointment for those results are wednesday 22nd. whilst awaiting those a letter has been faxed to my doctor stating the results atleast for the ultrasound it says I have a 8mm solid hypochoic lesion, and that it is u3/u4 now I'm really concerned but have to wait the biopsy results next week
