So .......

I had what I thought was a bruise on my foot but after 8 weeks had it looked at. The doctor said "dont worrry" I'll refer you anyway to get it looked at and they'll say I'm silly. 

It was looked at by plastic surgeon who said dont worry but will do a biopsy punch

Have the biopsy punch done and the doctor and the nurse said dont worry. Takes about 6 weeks for results and we will let you

5 weeks later I've  not worried. The last week I have been ringing up home from work to see if post has arrived. Getting excited (is that the word ) when I see there a letter from the NHS disappointed it's a flu vaccination offer for little one. 

So I just happen to be at the doctors the day before six weeks and ask if theres an update and the receptionist said the results have gone back to the clinic and they will be in touch. 

Two days later the clinic call which I miss. I call back and they advise the doctors chased but they couldnt give them information. They have the results but have been sent back to the pathologist as just need a tick in the box. 

I say nothing to worry about then as it's taken so long and she said no I expect you would have heard. I say that's good to know at which point she said best  wait for the letter tho. Said I'm away so send letter and she said she would take my number just incase but wait for letter

Sigh

So still waiting. and still have no idea what's going on. Suppose it's normal.
