my ca 125 level was 309. I've had my ultrasound but now I've been told to have a repeat one. Why?

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm unsure exactly why they would be asking for a repeat test in your case - however it may simply be to clarify or rule out something.
Try not to read into it too much, although I know this can be easier said than done.
