Hi All,

I do apologise if this is the wrong place to post and I know I cant receive a diagnosis but i'm looking for any experience or reassurance:

Im 32 and I've been on PPI's more commonly Omeprazole now for 12 years having been diagnosed with GERD in my early 20's. I am now 32 and last year I had an endoscopy and back end of 2018 I saw an ENT due to occasional dizziness, the odd earache and few little bumps around my jaw but the ENT checked and popped a camera down my nose, and did a chest x ray and said all looked fine. But more recently I've been experiencing some unusualy symptoms, over the past 3 weeks I've had a dry cough with nothing coming up, but almost like a tickly, scratchy style feeling at the back of my throat that seems to be irritating me, From December i had a few weird moments where i felt like my i was struggling to breathe but would only last for 10 mins or so and then I'd be fine but also after i had eaten it would feel like something was stuck at the bottom of my throat but then this would go away after a while. I'm on a low dose of Omeprazole of 10 mg and i've tried  strepsils, lemon and ginger. I dont generally feel unwell as in I can still play sport, but I cant shrug off some of these symptoms. I woke up a few weeks ago with a partially numb throat when i tried to swallow and im guessing that might of been because i could of slept with my mouth open as it started to clear up gradually throughout the day.

Any thoughts, suggestions? I am a panicker and I know I always think of the worst.
