First of all you are absolutely right - the best approach at the moment is to stop consulting the famously unreliable Dr Google and carrying on as normal until you get the results. I know this is easier said than done and it is normal to worry so try and keep busy and distracted and this will help you deal with the agonizing wait for results. 

I hope you won't mind but I have slightly edited the title of your thread adding the words HPV positive and dyskaryosis. This will increase the chances of your post being seen by others and getting a reply from someone who has been through this before.
