Hi, a few years ago I was getting a pain in my elbow in my wrist and into my fingers it was severe and woke me up in the night , I use to have it about twice a year for one night (odd I know haha) , but recently I have been having it a lot more , it's a severe pain. Arthritis does run in the family but I'm only 24 so I am unsure wether it can be that , also this arm is always clicking and grinding if stretch it out and move it and feels like wrist is going in and out of a joint when moving it. What shall I do ?? do you think it may be anything serious ??
