Hello, 

My Father in law has rceently been unwell and sent for an ultrasound that came back with a lump on his pancreas. We have been to see the consultant yesterday who stated they suspected it could be cancer but more tests needed to be done. Today he has had blood tests and a CT scan. 

This has all happened within one week (which im not faulting as it is brilliant it has happened so quick). But obviously has left me concerned that its really serious. How long are we likely to get the CT and blood results in. 

And whats the next stages are after this? I know no one can give an exact diagnosis but anyone thats experienced this is it likely to be cancer what do we expect for treatement from this?
