Back in November, I noticed that I was bleeding from my rectum, within days, my stool changed in consistency and frequency. I finally saw the doctor in mid-December when I began to have abdominal pain localized to my upper right side. The doctor examined me and felt nothing in my rectum, then she examined my abdomen and noted that it was hard when she pressed down. She asked me about unintentional weight loss and I told her that I had lost 10kg in weight unintentionally over an 8 week period. I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow, and I am worried that all this is pointing to Cancer. I know my body and it feels that there is something wrong, I mean obviously there is otherwise I wouldn't have the symptoms. I suppose I just want someone to say that I'm not worrying unnecessarily.
