Hi everyone cant stop worrying

So i have a lump in my right boob that ive had for years i take evening primrose oil for it as the breast clinic told me to it is fatty tissue and its been scanned etc. Anyway yesterday i found a lump in my left boob went to the drs today and she said to leave it for 4 to 6 weeks she thinks it could be either hormonal from the pill so i have stopped that or its becoming fatty tissue she didnt seem concerned at all has any one else had any simlar situations i was with a different drs surgery when i was sent to the breast clinic last time.

I suffer with bad anxiety.

Not sure the point of this post.
