I noticed a few weeks ago a small lump in my left testicle. No pain or discomfort. I have had cysts before so did not pay too much attention. Last couple of week though I have been having lower back pain where it is tight and very tender. This has been coupled with a dull ache in my left testicle, the same one where the small lump is. I am guessing an infection but unsure. I will need to get myself to the doctor but was hoping some advice in the meantime might be avaiable.
