Recently my upper arm has been hurting/ aching occasionally on and off. The pain is in a specific part of my arm which is warm to touch. I'm 15 and have been googling symptoms which has made me worry. It is very occasional and not too painful but it's still worrying me. There is no lump or swelling where my arm hurts either. Is arm pain something to be worried about?
