Symptoms of cervical cancer, please advise

Hi I am currently under investigation after 6 years of doctors not listening to my symptoms and just putting up my mental health medication without listening to my tumour history , I was finally sent for a transvaginal ultrasound last month and it was so painful during the exam I was in tears when I got my results the doctor said I have an abnormal mass in my pelvic region And I need to see gynaecologist but as its Christmas my appointment isn't until Feb. Doctor said I will need keyhole to take a sample of this mass and do tests for malignancy. I am 22 now with a strong family history of cancer, and when I was 16 I had a cancerous tumour in my appendix that caused my appendix to rupture, warranting emergency appendix removal. When they discovered the tumour after sending my appendix off I had MRI , ct scans ect to check the cancer wasn't anywhere else. I was told I need check ups at least once a year until I was 21 and no doctors have listened to me since I was 17

My symptoms are as follows and get severally worse I'm expecting the worst,

Excessive bloating

Lost appetite completely and severe sickness towards food

Fatigue and dizziness

Weight loss (4.5stone in 6weeks)

Brown stinky discharge between periods

Agonising pelvic pain

Back pain

Urine incontinence and sometimes bowels

Bleeding after periods

Bleeding after pelvic exams

Bleeding and pain during intercourse

Body seems to reject tampons theyre so uncomfortable and seem to protrude outwards as I go about my day

I have never had a smear as they don't give out smear tests until your age 25 regardless of cancer history in the family. I am so scared and expecting cervical cancer diagnosis. My son isn't even 2years old.

Please I just need someone to talk to
