Hi all searching web for answers, don't really want to talk to my family as they are all so worried already, my dr referred me for a chest X-ray due to persistent cough, shadow on lung was discovered, sent me back for another one still showing shadow, a week later I had a ct scan and am awaiting the results, anyone know what percentage of these shadows turn out to be cancer, I'm a very active 42 year old ex smoker, just very anxious and looking for similar experiences that turned out ok I suppose x
