Ive recently been experience Pain in the left breast almost like a dull ache which has been going on for 3 days and came on me the second I took off my bra. Today I have felt a small lump, maybe the size of a pea in the area that surrounds the nipple. This lump hurts to touch and pinch.
Any insight to what this could be or what I should do
