Hi

i had 13 nodules on my thyroid about 15 years ago. I first noticed I had a visible lump on my throat so saw the doc, got referred, had a scan which confirmed they were benign and had a partial thyroid removal to get rid of them. I'm on thyroxine now permanently but I'm good with that. I remember the wandering mind, your mind is a cruel thing sometimes but try to remember it's usually nothing rather than something. X

Thank you for your speedy reply! Did you have any complications after your procedure? You have helped to ease my mind a little, I've just had a baby and in midst of moving house so everything is crazy! X

absolutely no complications at all and you can't even see the scar. You WILL have to give yourself time to heal though (if a procedure is necessary of course). 
keep yourself busy in the mean time , from what you've said that'll be no problem lol. 
and know that the chances of it being something is minimal but chances of it being nothing are HUGE! x
