Hi I am on regular monitoring for my PSA level to get to 5.0 I was hoping to get some advice on paying out on the PCA3 test I understand it looks for specific bio markers in a urine sample ,firstly has anyone had the test I am 54 years old .

i had a MRI scan and the diagnosis was possible stage two lesson on pirads but thought I might have moved so bit of a grey area they also said enlarged prostate benign
