Worries about left testicle

Hi sorry for the rant but I’m really nervous

after watching a documentary on testicular cancer I decided to have a check. Well no lumps and both felt fine . But after a while I kept checking and I thought “hmmmm” I couldn’t 100 % tell if my left testicle felt firmer orrr more dense the other testicle . Basically this was 5 months ago. Some days they feel normal and some days the left feels like a rock I’ve crushed proded poked and squeezed to the point of nausea. But now I’m convinced I have TC and now its spread everywhere ...they still they haven’t gotten bigger or been ANY changes since ...but guys am freaking out and too scarred to go the docs

Go to the doctors soon as possible trust me. I've had testicular cancer and sooner thr better you go to the doctors :) I had a lump and a dull pain in my stomach with mine

Jesus that’s awful!!!! Please Tell me your story if you don’t me asking ? How long where your symptoms ect? Ive got no lump or pain so surely that must be a good thing? God I’m freaking out

It was fine :) if there's no lump and it's not gone the size of a baseball it's 98% you'll be fine

Thanks all i need to worry about now is the squeezing ive done i was doing it for 2 weeks and after sometimes got worried and pressed them one question when you were squeezing did they over time get harder and like hurt less when squeezed canceling out the pain from kinda soreness

Also it seems that my right hard-ish ball i can feel it by gently touching scrotum but there used to be like this squishy layer around it but that has dissapered and because i was squeezing on other side to compare the same happened on the other side
