Soft tissue cancer

Hello all

My story started in August where we did a house swap with a family member in Bournemouth. After the 1st night I woke stiff and in pain. I told my wife there seems to be a lump in my buttock. Following this I visited a physio who told me I had bursitis as I had all of the symptoms and cycle frequently. However the swelling didn't go away and I contacted my GP for some anti-inflammatory meds but she refused and wanted to see me. What follows is a whirlwind few weeks where i have made frequent trips to hospital for what turns out to likely be a soft tissue sarcoma in my left buttock measuring 14cm × 6 cm.  I am now waiting on the results of the biopsy and ct scan but I asked for the scan results early. This has shown a nodule in my lung approx 5mm.

So worried by it all but thank god for the nhs. They have been wonderful and sacred so swiftly with everything.
