Terrified- swollen neck glands and now groin swelling

Hi everyone

I have been reading posts on this forum for the past few days and been googling my symptoms. Something is very wrong, I have had small swellings under my jaw that came up just before I got a cold over 6 weeks ago. In the meantime I had a bit of a stressful time, my grandma passed away in early November and had to sort out various things. The cold seemed to clear up and the swollen glands seemed to also improve. They have been painful from day one. I caught another cold / virus something 10 days ago and had the lot, really sore throat chest mucus cough etc. My glands really became tender again and still are. They aren't massive but I feel little nodules here and there and have aches along my collarbone, down both sides of my neck. What prompted me to go to the gp last Monday was that I noticed weight loss when I expected to have put on weight... I was overeating quite a bit in recent weeks. This really terrified me. So I had bloods taken on Tuesday, I'm going back today to see if the results are in. I was also referred to ultrasound to check the lymph nodes I'm waiting for the referral. The past couple of days I have noticed an ache in my right hip area and yesterday I nearly passed out from anxiety after I found a swelling in my groin. The area is achy it feels soft and seems to slip through my fingers. I'm 34 and mum to a 3 and 5 year old I'm beyond terrified at this stage. I've also had constant lower back pain on the right side which I put down to endometriosis. But now I think it may have something to do with this, I really can't help feeling this is more than a cold or virus I've never experienced anything like this and I have had health issues in the past, I'm asthmatic and was diagnosed with a rare form of vasculitis when I was 19. This has been mild though and I don't really get symptoms anymore. This all to me points to something very sinister and I'm not coping well at all
