Found a small lump under my arm

Hello, 

I am 22 and 3 weeks ago I found a small oval shaped lump under my arm. I told my family and they told me it was probably an ingrown hair but after doing everything I can to get it out, it hasn’t so now I am really worried. I can’t sleep and feel sick from worrying so much. I’ve managed to get in at the Drs tomorrow, is it possible to find out what it is tomorrow or will it take awhile? Really stressing out :(

    Hello Ben,

    thankyou for getting back to me the doctor didn’t seem worried however noticed that my cervical glands were enlarged, she has given me some antibiotics to take however I have noticed today that the lump under my arm has gotten bigger and I have been on the antibiotics for 3 days now I haven’t googled anything but I know that this cannot be a good sign, going to ring the drs again on Monday and see what they say. Struggling to sleep and eat atm I just can’t help but think the worst.
