Hi, unsure where to start..

I've had dirreah, with abdominal pain, nausea actually sickness and some weight loss and this started the beginning of october and is still carrying on. Stool test done, clear. Blood test done, clear apart from very low iron. Xray, clear. Scan came back I have around my liver, other then this I'm no where closer to answers. I was told today I would be referd to a gastro team who can investigate further. I'm worried it's something serious! At first there was talks of chrones but nothing since and assuming it's because my bloods came back ok! I get alot of pain some days it's just unbearable. Other days are not so bad. Some days I cant eat at at all, or cant control my bowels when I'm outside if it's a bad day. Has anyone els experienced this and it's been cancer? I'm really worried. Thanks
